Nicolai has been with Dell Technologies for more than 18 years and is currently Senior Vice President responsible for Dell Technologies Sales Central and North Europe.

Nicolai has during his tenure at Dell Technologies been in several Regional General Manager positions as well as Senior Vice President responsible for Dell Technologies Services Sales. He has immense experience from leading large culturally and geographical diverse organizations. He has been designing and leading Go To Market transformation across regions and countries including regional and global initiatives. He is recognized as an Inspirational leader and the Danish business unit has under his leadership 2 times won the Dell Europe, Middle East and Africa Great Place to Work Award.

Nicolai is a MARC ambassador (Many Advocating Real Changes), a Catalys program that fosters collaborative relationships, created for and led by men who are committed to creating inclusive workplaces.

Nicolai holds an Executive MBA from Henley Management College, London. He is currently based in Denmark, but has lived and worked in UK, India, Italy and Greece. Nicolai is married to Birgitte and they live in Birkerød north of Copenhagen with their two daughters Amalie and Andrea.
